Juliet Shrader, CEO/President - At the helm of iVantage Group, Juliet Shrader leads the management team in setting the organization's vision, direction and growth strategies for markets across Michigan and the nation.
Her expertise in business planning, customer service, marketing, and advertising give iVantage the depth necessary to expand its services to clients who are leveraging new opportunities as the nation's economy rebounds. She also leads the organization's community outreach efforts, positioning iVantage to be an active, involved partner in the region it serves.
As a talented entrepreneur with a passion for professional excellence. Ms. Shrader is able to recognize and meet emerging market demand. An alumna of Michigan State University, Shrader previously owned a concierge services company and also directed major accounts for an advertising firm in Ann Arbor, MI. There, her organizational leadership, business savvy, and creative, insightful prowess led clients to pinpoint and achieve their objectives.
Bryan Shrader, VP Sales & Recruiting - Bryan Shrader has a professional career that spans more than fifteen years of business development, marketing, sales, recruiting, and client relationship management. Bryan understands that human capital is the primary investment made by businesses that ultimately drives innovation within every industry. Today, he not only stimulates the vision of iTAM to serve those needs for talent, but he manages the sales and recuiting efforts of the entire organization while continuing to maintain relationships with strategic clients.
Carey Allen, VP Operations - Carey Allen's business career evolved from IT to meeting Talent Acquisition needs of clients across North America. As a professional in the Talent Acquisition industry, Carey Allen possesses over twenty five years of business experience that includes marketing, recruiting, software engineering, technology consulting, business administration, and corporate leadership. Carey has a rich background in working with candidates and clients alike, and he has personally managed delivery efforts for clients, large and small, including many fortune 500 companies accross the country.
